Job Requirements

The candidate must be enthusiastic, friendly and kind to clients, truly care about the success of the students, organized, dependable, enjoy a fast-paced and hard-working team environment, always dress in business attire.  Candidate must be computer literate on beginning levels of Windows, Word, and Internet 45WPM preferred.

General Job Description Position is one of a three member team in a front office Maintaining computerized class records and logbooks Open school procedures in morning and greet incoming students Registering students in classes Screens calls and schedules appointments Participates as a team member in education division sales, goals and objectives Organize classrooms curriculum and promotional materials Manages and distributes incoming mail to all departments and company personnel Work with Director of School Development to develop, implement, and monitor marketing programs
