Position overview

You will provide front-line support for our Cambridge office.

Responsibilities:

- Answer all incoming telephone calls and transfer as appropriate
- Greet visitors and new hires
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Order catering, help with copying, faxing, mailing, etc.
- Coordinate interviews and/or meetings
- Make travel arrangements
- Maintain conference rooms and calendar
- Receive and send mail and shipments
- Organize workspace assignments and layout for new hires
- Day-to-day oversight and point person for our corporate travel program
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing company and has a team-player attitude
