Firmware Consultant

Job Description:

GDH Consulting currently has a 12 + months contract position in Schaumburg, IL.

 

Design and development of embedded software/firmware applications

Provide complete product life cycle support from concept to design to production to deployment.

Interpret customer requirements and work with internal teams to create software requirements specifications, software design descriptions, software test plans, and provide development cost estimates.

Support design in customer reviews.

 

Qualifications:

Structured software design, coding, and testing per defined process steps

* Experience in programming (C, C++) in Unix environment

* Experience in RF Basestation SW dev a plus

* Exposure to model based SW development a plus

* 802.16e/Network Management exposure a plus

Outstanding communication and organizational skills, team-oriented
