Financial Services Marketing Manager - Dow Jones & Co Job ID: 250278Position Description: The marketing organization within Dow Jones Enterprise Media Group is currently seeking a motivated individual to join their team. The Financial Services Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the success of various Dow Jones Newswires products and solutions. Working closely with an established segment marketing approach, this position will strategically drive customer-facing marketing initiatives and activities to meet revenue objectives. The Financial Services Marketing Manager will serve as the central marketing contact for our product leadership and sales teams. He/she will develop go-to-market plans for specific business and product initiatives; create various types of marketing materials including web promotional content, sales presentations, and internal/external training materials. In conjunction with our global marketing team, he/she will develop, manage and measure marketing strategies for lead generation, including direct marketing activities, event management and sales campaigns.Position Requirements:• The qualified candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience• Minimum of ten years experience in either a B-2-B or consumer marketing function. • Strategic and innovative thinker with the ability to contribute his/her own ideas while working in a team environment• Possess a working knowledge of the financial services industry• Understanding of current and emerging Web-based technologies• Knowledge of the online information and publishing industry. Additional requirements include strong writing skills• Excellent relationship building and communication skills• Strong attention to detail• Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and tenaciously drive activities to completion in order to meet challenging deadlines. • Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HTML-design programs is helpful. • MBA or other advanced degree preferred. This position may be based in Princeton, New Jersey or New York and will require some travel. .
