Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accountant reporting to the Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate needs to be a team player and possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Our team is comprised of dedicated, intelligent individuals and we are looking to add to this team to keep up with the positive growth we are currently experiencing.

 

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and appropriate supporting documents for detailed reporting to management.

· Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.

· Drive process efficiency and continuous improvement within the department.

· Create domestic and international bank wires.

· Manage peer network monthly payment process.

· Review travel and expense report edit batches for reasonableness before posting to the accounting system.

· Prepare various company prepared audit schedules for quarterly and annual reviews.

· Report monthly key performance indicators in order to identify business trends and needed process improvements.

· Support various ad hoc projects as the company continues to grow globally both organically as well as through acquisitions. For example, institute a corporate credit card program linked to a web-based travel and expense application and implement a purchase order system utilizing functionality within the accounting system.

 

Experience Guidelines:

· 5+ years experience in financial accounting is required.

· Experience in a fast-paced work environment is absolutely required.
