DESCRIPTION: As a CAE/FEA Engineer, you will deliver pre-sales events such as seminars and open-house meetings to prospective customers. You will also serve as the technical liaison between the Sales/Marketing team and Prospect/Customer base.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, self-directed individual.  Our candidate will spend time working with the sales staff to generate a sale pipeline through demonstrating and engaging in customer training and post sales support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will use his/her practical experience and education in Finite Element Analysis to:Demonstrate SolidWorks Simulation suite of CAE tools to prospects as Presales Applications Engineer.Provide technical support to customers in the effective use and interpretation of Engineering Analysis using SolidWorks Simulation suite of FEA products.Provide Training sessions to customers in SolidWorks Simulation suite of FEA products.Support team members in developing their overall expertise in Engineering Analysis using SolidWorks Simulation suite of FEA products.

EXPERIENCE:2 +  Years industry experience: Experience within Mechanical, Aerospace and Structural Design Analysis is requiredExperience in COSMOS and/OR other commercially available FEA program is required..Successful candidate has experience in one or more of the following CAE Applications: Linear and Nonlinear structural analysis, Dynamic analyses, and thermal analyses.Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) experience is preferred but not required.

EDUCATION:

BS in Mechanical/Aerospace/Structural Engineering or related disciplines.

MS degree preferred.
