Santa Monica Entertainment Company is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support 3V-Level Executives. High end, well established, Brentwood adjacent, Asset Management Company is currently searching for an Executive Assistant to support their President/CEO. Candidates must be professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the ability to multi-task and work on various projects are required skills. Candidates must have at least 3-4 years recent experience supporting at an executive level. Position requires calendaring and scheduling travel and prefers a four-year degree. Some travel will be required. Position is immediate and could be temporary to hire or direct hire. Company offers excellent benefits along with a salary range between $42K-$47K.
