Executive Assistant - International Sales

Dolphin is an established, financially stable and growing organization. We are an industry leader in designing, delivering and supporting dental-specialty imaging and practice management software solutions.

 

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, self motivated, proactive, enthusiastic team player to join our international team.

 

Candidate must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook (you will be tested); must have the ability to multi-task, work independently and collaboratively; must be extremely organized, resourceful, posses an acute attention to detail and be extremely deadline conscious, as advance planning is particularly critical in this position. A keen sense of diplomacy and discretion is a must. Bilingual is a plus.


We participate in dozens of international trade events annually. These events range in size from small to very large. Candidate’s responsibilities would include, but not limited to, negotiating events’ related costs and coordinating logistics, from selecting strategic exhibition stand location, reserving all needed equipment and furniture, attendees’ credentials, placing of marketing ads and arranging prompt delivery of marketing materials, to travel arrangements.

 

You will also coordinate the development of marketing materials; proofread and mail merges with the assistance of our marketing team; coordinate and schedule customers’ on-site product trainings; negotiate, plan and coordinate company’s own international meetings; act as liaison between international distributors, agents and vendors and our Executive Vice President.

 

Duties will also include, general correspondence, expense reports, and maintain master calendar for the international department.
