Yoh has an opening for an Executive Assistant in Downers Grove, Illinois.  This position is a long term contract with SAP Canada. Description: The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing direct support to the Director of the SAP Consulting Partner Program along with 4 other directors.  This individual should be comfortable working with a global and national environment, and should be familiar with time zones.Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support for 5 Directors • Manage calendar/schedule; coordinate travel arrangements • Arrange various types of meetings and conference calls • Handle communications with suppliers • Maintain spreadsheet/file and presentation updates • Data analysis and identification of data issues • Compose and generate correspondence; handle incoming correspondence, as required, and redirect as appropriate • Organization of large quantities of e-mailQualifications: • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel and Outlook • Demonstrated ability to be a team player • SAP R/3 (not required - a plus) • Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities • Must possess willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired results  • Ability to work independently with little directionDiscover all that’s possible with Yoh.
