Entry Level VB.NET

SYSCOM has career opportunities for very bright, Junior level VB.Net Developers. In this position you will work on a wide range of projects. This work often addresses the entire system development life cycle from conceptual design through implementation.

Primary responsibilities include:
* Design, development, and implementation of custom applications
* Software installation and configuration
* Internet/Intranet integration

Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year programming work experience to include VB.Net development experience
* Candidates must have good customer communication skills, and desire to work in a dynamic teamwork and customer-focused environment
* Solid understanding of client/server concepts and programming techniques
* IBM Content Manager, FileNet, and/or Workflow experience is a plus
* 4-year degree, preferably computer science or related field
* Must be able to travel up to 80% (national travel)
* Must be authorized to work in the United States

SYSCOM employees work on challenging client engagements in complex enterprise-wide implementations. They typically utilize many of the most recent IBM product releases in the document management and workflow areas. The work at SYSCOM is usually conducted in teams of three to ten people, allowing employees to realize their impact on the success of the project.
