Preferred Experience & Qualifications

 Bachelors Degree requiredAbility, Aptitude and Desire to be a key individual contributor and part of a great teamProfessional image, excellent communications skills, and proficiency with MS Office and computer technology required Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred

Compensation

 Training Program for Sales Rep I:  30K Base with total compensation for top performers to 40+K including Commission and Bonus Performance is the key to promotion and compensation program increases.Career advancement: Sales Rep I - Sales Rep II - Senior Sales Rep - Major Account Manager
