For more information on UGS PLM Software products and services, visit www.siemens.com/ugs. We are seeking to add a couple of experienced software sales executive based in the Phoenix area.   Sales of PLM solutions are the basis of these positions. To do this, the Account Manager must be able to succeed at creating new business utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to network effectively with senior executives. This position is a high level strategic sales opportunity, joining our Hi Tech team. This position will require travel up to 35% of the time. Candidate will have excellent public speaking skills complemented by exceptional written and oral skills. Candidate must be a self starter. Be willing to develop large strategic opportunities that culminate in the sales of PLM products and services. Candidate will work hand in hand with our pre sales organization to recognize how our customers can benefit from utilization of our solutions, and how we can be most effective in helping them overcome their technical, manufacturing and process centric challenges, should then be able to translate this into an ROI and business case. The role will include: Generating revenue through a combination of new and existing Strategic Named Accounts within the Hi Tech Vertical Markets using a strategic approach. Typically working with 4 / 10 large accounts. Strong customer interaction at the Sr. management level with support on forming a relationship with C level contacts within these accounts. Understanding and selling solutions (ROI) for high level business problems, incorporating all Siemens PLM product lines across large multi divisional business while leading a large, matrix, sales engagement team. Focus is on personal sales targets; new business development and maintaining customer relationships and trouble shooting specific customer problems. Assisting sales management in devising strategic account sales plans and strategies. Understands the competition and uses knowledge to effectively position products. Operates under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.Prerequisites:  Candidate must have a minimum of 5-7 years selling experience in the enterprise software industry. Candidate must have a strong history of quota achievement over career. Candidate will have a 4 year College Degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in the PLM, SCM, ERP, DM or CRM technology field (or similar) into large strategic accounts up through the CXO level within Hi Tech business is required . Candidate will be familiar with desktop solutions such as Microsoft Office, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SAP and other job related software packages. This position will require travel up to 35% of the time. Candidate will have excellent public speaking skills complemented by exceptional written and oral skills and strong organizational abilities. Can articulate and understand the customer strategy and PLM Software solution strategy independently.
