Enterprise Architecture and Applications Delivery Manager

Due to continued demand and organizational growth, we are currently seeking to add an Enterprise Architecture and Applications Delivery Manager to our team.  With this position we seek an individual to help lead and grow our Enterprise Architecture and Applications practice.

Specific responsibilities may include: Support delivery engagements with project architecture and solution architecture oversightAssess project risks and provide mitigation strategies for delivery teamManage delivery qualityCraft enterprise solution architecturesDevelop approach to selling enterprise architecture and application solutions (various technologies)Assist Business Development team in identifying prospects and facilitate discovery sessions to help understand client needs and identify candidate solutionsCreate responses to RFP’s and craft project proposals.Assist Recruiting in qualifying candidates and drive hiring decisionsManage partner relationships (including vendors, technology partners, etc) Promote best practices and methodology to ensure repeatable success for our delivery teamsDirect research and prototyping activities so that delivery team can be positioned to deliver solution to our Early Adopters and Early Majority clients.Mentor, guide, and direct training plans for delivery teamProcure and manage SysLogic Technical Architecture to support Research, Prototyping, Training, and Development efforts.

Qualifications: Should have experience in supporting business development efforts in crafting proposals

·  Should have experience in supporting recruitment efforts in qualifying individualsMust have an excellent background in a variety of software tools and technologies, including but not limited to SOA, enterprise application integration, web development, user interfaceMust have superior communication (written and verbal) and analytical skillsMust have a strong history of successful solution deliveryShould have extensive experience in overseeing the design, development and delivery of complex, large scale software solutionsShould have working knowledge of Agile and Iterative development principalsShould have experience with modeling languages (ex. UML)Must have knowledge of Project Management best practices and toolsShould have experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary leadership teamPrior consulting experience preferred
