Enterprise Account Manager

Job Summary:

Working with the sales team you will be responsible for direct sales of MOVEit and WS_FTP software licenses, maintenance, and related services to new and existing enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

 

· Qualify product sales leads provided by Director of Enterprise Sales.

· Prospect for additional opportunities within assigned accounts.

· Arrange and/or conduct online and onsite product demonstrations.

· Arrange product evaluations.

· Prepare, deliver and follow-up on product proposals and quotes.

· Document sales and account management details in CRM/SFA application.

· Consistently close qualified sales opportunities.

· Consistently achieve company-assigned personal sales goals.

· Provide deliverables on deals when they close.

· Facilitate ongoing sales and support relationships with customers.

· Monitor support issues to facilitate prospect and customer satisfaction.

· Report competitive information

· Solicit and report product enhancement ideas and new feature requests.

· Limited prospect and customer visits.

· Attend product and sales trainings.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· None

Education and/or Experience:

 

· 3 years experience in corporate sales

· Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

· Proficient with email, IM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience with CRM/SFA program a plus.

· Knowledge of computer networking and/or security.

· CISSP and/or SANS security certification a bonus (not required).

· Negotiation and/or time management skills.

· Excellent English language oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills

· Fluency in Spanish a bonus (not required)
