End User Trainer

The End User Trainer will work as part of a global consulting team to implement, support, and provide technical training on Phase Forward's products and services to employees and customers in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device industries. • Train end users on Phase Forward applications in groups ranging from 5 - 50 attendees
• Meet with subject matter experts, technical writers and other trainers to assist in the review and development of training materials
• Provide input into the review and development of instructor guides
• Participate in development meetings for training materials
• Work on a variety of current and alternative training solutions

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree (Education and/or teaching experience desired). The candidate should have 3+ years training experience in a computer/technical-oriented environment. Knowledge of the pharma, biotech or clinical industry is a strong plus.

 

• Be able to learn corporate applications quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have outstanding presentation skills
• Must have experience delivering training to large groups
• Knowledge of the clinical trials process highly desired
• Must be very organized with excellent prioritization skills
• Must be self motivated and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient with MS Windows OS, MS Office, and have strong PowerPoint skills
• Understanding of the internet and browsers


 

End User Trainers must be willing to travel up to 60%. Training and/or travel may include occasional weekends.
