Employee Communications Specialist

EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST Kronos has an immediate opportunity for a communications professional to join our growing corporate communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our global employee communications program. We are seeking a strategic thinker who will work closely with our human resources department to develop and execute strategies and tactics to communicate about company developments to our 3,400 employees worldwide. You will promote a common identity, purpose, and core values among all employees to foster effective two-way communication and engagement with corporate initiatives. You will also institutionalize measurement tools to track progress. You must have strong writing skills, excellent organizational abilities, and high attention to detail. Your creativity, ability to achieve results, proficiency in multi-tasking, and finesse for working with diverse internal contacts must shine through. Bachelor's degree in journalism/communications/related field required. Reports to senior director of corporate communications. Minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
