Electrical Power System Support Engineer

ESA, Inc. a world leader in power system software and engineering services seeks an Electrical Power System Engineer for our software technical support group. We are seeking a well-rounded professional, with 4+ years of power system studies experience. 

This position will include the following job duties: Supporting EasyPower software users via tech support calls.  This will include phone and email support, documentation and logging of all contact information. Supporting EasyPower software users via web meetings and web videos to answer and explain modeling and how to questions.  Teaching EasyPower software classes  Writing tech support manuals and how-to white papers Researching industry equipment and adding new equipment to the EasyPower library Testing and troubleshooting new EasyPower features and enhancements   The ideal candidate will have 4+ years performing power system studies/background, a BSEE with an emphasis in electrical power systems and problem solving, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interface well with clients.

Proficiency in MS Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs is required.

Position Requirements BSEE in power system analytics. United States citizenship or the ability to obtain citizenship. Excellent verbal communication skills, including phone and customer relation skills. Excellent written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, sentence structure, etc. Ability to think creatively and develop solution alternatives for challenging issues.
