EMR/EHR Implementation Manager

Job Overview:

This position is responsible for coordinating and communicating the implementation process, maintaining all training documentation, designing and creating new documentation as needed and/or requested, as well as training and supporting all new and existing clients on an EMR system.

Duties:

*         Managing day-to-day progress of the clinic setup and installation process.

*         Assisting with EMR Helpdesk functions if needed, playing an active role in the testing and development of new software releases, and working closely with the development team.

*         Oversee planning, organization, and implementation of training for new and existing clients either on a nationwide level, at our corporate office, via a web based session, or at a local training center

*         Training clients in one-on-one, workshop style, classroom, and self-pacedformats, as needed.

*         Building custom databases for training, troubleshooting and resolving training issues

*         Assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of all EMR training programs.

*         Keep current on all our EMR system features, as they are updated or developed.

*         Possess technical training proficiency including Windows-based programs, the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as extended medical terminology knowledge

*         Assist in sales presentation, product demonstration and the training of new employees.

*         Traveling up to 50% as needed.
