Product Engineer

Position Overview
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Covers all aspects of New Product Development Manage bench-to-tester correlation Multi temperature characterization, latch-up and ESD validation Set data sheet specification based on process capability, test systems limitations and characterization data Ensure efficient factory operations by enhancing wafer sort and final test yields. Support and resolve customers' issues and product problems in conjunction with applications engineering. Serve as a resource with design, process, packaging, test, and quality as the products move to high volume Capable to work independently and on collaborations with other disciplines

Required Skills

The ideal candidate must have the following key requirements for this position. Minimum BSEE required (MSEE preferred) BSEE (min.) 5 years experience; MSEE (min.)3 years experience Have demonstrated strength with analog circuits 3 - 5 yrs of experience in semiconductor product engineering Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication (CMOS) Strong bench skills are mandatory In-depth knowledge of IC test techniques Strong understanding of packaging processes and device performance Ability to utilize statistical data analysis methods to solve product manufacturing problems Prior knowledge of failure analysis and micro-probing Good communication skills (verbal and written) Knowledge of trim techniques is a plus Transcripts are required from all candidates
