Director of Sales

SIVOX is an emerging technology company that focuses on performance management software for corporate contact centers. Our Sales Director positions are national in scope and are our first footprints into specific markets and we are looking for individuals that understand how to manage complex customer environments. We are looking for individuals with a “can do� approach and strong entrepreneurial attitude to problem solving. Speed is important, we are aggressively grabbing market share and need someone with direct experience with contact centers – in either operations, training or sold to contact centers. (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE PLEASE DON’T APPLY FOR THIS) A successful person must have the ability to position at executive levels, but be an effective communicator at all levels of the enterprise.

Specific Skills and Experiences

  5-10 Years of Sales Experience – Consistently exceeding quota and expanding customer base. Hunter mentality – Network of existing contacts and not afraid to engage on cold calling basis. Strong closing skills Strong Business Acumen – Understand the business drivers of different buyer groups and how they relate. Strong Technology understanding – comprehensive understanding on Telephony, CRM, Quality Monitoring, Analytics and how they work together Disciplined approach to sales management and tracking – skilled in adherence to sales process, accurate forecasting and corrective actions. Mature Basic Skills – Strong communicator – writing and verbal, Organized and can handle diverse priorities, Uses technology efficiently to manage workflow.
