This is a high visibility and hands on position with individual and team responsibility for the management of enLabel’s Engineering and Professional Services group. 

 

Core Job Responsibilities:

 

·         R&D and Software Architecture

·         Software design, development, documentation and maintenance

·         Pre and post sales support

·         Project and staff management of QA, professional services, and development

·         QA and professional services team executing internal and client projects

 

This position also requires a high level of interaction and communications with Sales, Marketing and our clients and with the accountability to deliver projects and products as per specifications and at the highest level of quality, on time and on budget.

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

 

·         Highly technical, hand on, and excellent communications and presentation skills.

·         Accomplished motivator, mentor and manager with attention to detail and extreme desire for high achievements.

·         Able to work with limited resources in an early emerging business where multi tasking is integral to success. 

·         A minimum of 7 years of experience in design, delivery and execution of web based enterprise wide solutions and willing to work long and hard hours in the office or on the road. ·         Experience with design and developing web applications with integrating front-end highly graphical user interfaces and technologies with backend server side technologies are a must

·         Expertise in system design and architecture, user interface design principles, workflow processes, human factors, user centered design processes, interactive design guidelines, and usability methodologies is a must.

·         Total understanding and expertise of the underlying backend databases technologies in web based application development with hand on expertise in Oracle, MS SQL and DB2 is required including DBA functions, creating Tables, Views, Stored procedures, SQL replication, Query Analyzer, Creation of DTS.

·         BS and MS in computer science, additional business degree and professional certification is desirable.

·         Web Portal and application Design, Development, and Maintenance with expertise in ASP, HTML, ActiveX, .Net frameworks including ASP.NET and C#, DHTLM, CSS.

·         Must have expertise in windows, IIS, PHP, UNIX and AS400 operating systems including infrastructure and network design and set up, Active directory, Network Protocols and APIs (TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, NNTP, LDAP), Security (SSL, PKI, Kerberos), UML modeling and use case methodology.

·         Experienced with automatic testing tools and process and methodology.

·         Expert with MS office products, Expert with MS project and multi resource project management and tracking methodologies.

·         Proficiency with ERP, workflow, document management and enterprise solutions.
