My Client:Venture-backed Software Company in the Boston area seeks a seasoned individual to join a growing professional services team. The successful Director of Client Services candidate is a senior level manager within the Professional Services department with a solid track record that includes complex implementations and system integrations with in the healthcare/payor space. The ideal candidate will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, and background in the healthcare space. Responsibilities:· The day-to-day hands on management of a portfolio of customer accounts for the purpose of professional services delivery · The management of assigned staff and their professional services performance. · Project and customer/account management · Works closely with the Director of Engineering, Director of Product Management, and company executives to assist with and deliver the goals and objectives of the department and the company. · A key player in the support of sales activities Requirements: Deep healthcare payor knowledge and experience (at least 5 years) Minimum of 8-10 years of business management and/or professional services experience, or related experience, with at least 3 of those years having direct program management responsibilities. Independent leadership of a matrixed organization. Proven track record in problem solving and making sound business decisions that meet both customer and organizational objectives.
