Director of Business Consulting Services
This is a technical and sales based role. This person will be going into Technology's clients and will be conducting full Operational Reviews with other employees. Â They will be:Interviewing all of the employees and writing reports in Visio (visio is not a technical requirement)Writing up process reports, doing SWAT analysis, Figuring out stress points, helping identify and define key components and working section by sectionThey are going to help build the clients technical architectureThey will also do technical assessments and diagnostics helping define organizational structure from a software perspectiveThey will be conducting vendor selectionsThis person should have a strong understanding of functional and technical software perspectives
They will ideally be an expert in at least 1 finanical model be it OTC, SWAPS or DerivativesThis is a project based and service delivery roleThey will help position and strengthen Gravitas in their market
Front end market data experience is a plusThis position could move into the a Managing Director role with company growth
