Director Sales Operations
Sage Software Healthcare Division has an immediate opening for a Director Sales Operations SummaryDirects and controls the sales operations activities for the sales and marketing organization. Includes sales performance, cross-sales analysis and customer retention metrics.Responsibilities Provides reporting information to sales, account management and finance for all strategic marketing programs for internal analysis and external review. Information delivery includes output from company systems as well as business analysis of data to identify anomalies, trends, etc. Tracks and develops trend analysis for revenue, commission and customer retention data. Works closely with sales and strategic account management to ensure all strategic programs and sales contracts are implemented with a highly accurate data tracking and performance monitoring system.. Develops ongoing processes for maintaining the integrity of Siebel database with a specific emphasis on performance metrics related to sales achievement and customer cross-sales and retention. Hires, trains and manages performance of assigned employees. Works effectively with other areas of the Company in joint sales opportunities.QualificationsEducation: BA/BSExperience: 10+ years experience in sales and marketing analysis and support environment; 4+ years of management experience.Skills & Certifications: Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Siebel experience, excellent oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on an ability to translate raw data into relevant sales performance analysis.
