Director Post Merger Integration

Directly manage Go To Market planning and execution as well as sales integration in the Americas. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Exceed yearly revenue commitments for acquisitions in the Americas.Program manage the acquisition GTM across Americas teams including sales, interlay Centers of Excellence, business operations - Field marketing, sales operations, customer references, VE, ISG, etc.Manage integration of Americas resources working closely with HR, Enablement, Field Operations and product development. Ensure new team members are in best roles for revenue attainment, abilities and career interests. Coach new sales leadership to maximize their effectiveness. Drive hiring to fill open headcount.Identify virtual team in the Americas with both established and acquired team members, launch team, manage the development of the first year's GTM plan.Manage execution of GTM plan. Coordinate efforts across Americas and solution marketing. Include biweekly forums for colloboration, execution, tracking of issues and decision making. Ensure AE & SE enablement, demand generation, SI deployment capabilities, asset development and funding.Track and report progress against KPI's, key milestones and revenue attainment to Americas management.Identify and remove barriers to revenue attainment. Work closely with Acquire to Ship, Contracts, Pricing, Finance to ensure smooth operations. Work closely with territory AE's to close the first few deals.Act as a customer and AE advocate for acquired solutions providing feedback to all parts of the organization.Responsible for developing acquisition business cases as input to Americas executive decision making on revenue commitments for new acquisitions. Determine GTM funds, acquisition resources and required new hires to ensure attainment of commited revenue. Work closely with CSO Acquisition Finance to develop and realize these commitments. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Minimum 10 years successful P&L responsibilities and managing sales and marketing teams.
