Location: Multiple locations Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project, Employee Responsibilities: Outside Plant Engineering Course development and updates for Conduit Design and for Public Works requirements   Responsible for the design and development of training, for both management and non-management employees, selecting and using appropriate Instructional Design methodologies.   Conducts pre-design analysis to produce step level descriptions or flow charts of job tasks.   Develops course material in Leader Lead formats.   Will work with SMEs and other design team members as necessary.   Produces curriculum, course, module plans and story-boards for the development of paper based training materials, including Electronic Performance Support systems. Conducts developmental testing, validation, and usability testing to ensure the effectiveness of training materials and training interventions. Develops and maintains products using desktop publishing, spreadsheets, presentations packages, "help file" authoring, graphics packages, and office management systems.
