Position Description:  In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Technology and be responsible for the creation of required scripting and stored procedure to enhance implementation and support processes. Also, use strong technical and industry knowledge to perform data conversion, data analysis, report development, and custom integration activities in support of implementation projects.

 

Duties: Creating scripts and stored procedures for customer and internal implementations Perform data conversion and transfer from source systems into the Enta software platform Install, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot customers databases – both remotely and on-site Create reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing database performance and trends Assist with estimation and planning activities Help identify and resolve gaps between requirements and technical design

 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, or Management Information Systems from an accredited four-year institution 3+ years experience with T-SQL, SQL Server 2000+, Ability to write SQL code for the development of stored procedures and maintenance tasks Ability to configure and restore databases under multiple scenarios including point in time recovery DBA Certification

 

Other preferred (although not required) skills include: Master’s degree in CS or EE from an accredited four-year institution Experience with Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET, IIS, and/or ASP Understanding of box office, ticketing and marketing, or customer relationship management (CRM) Systems administration experience with the Windows Server platform Report Development with Crystal Reports and Visual Studio Visual Studio 2005 Web development experience Visual Basic 6
