Database Analyst - SQL

 

Center City, PHL

 

Job Description- Full time, non-exempt. 

Provides technical expertise in the design, implementation, and maintenance of database[s] that support company business applications.  Responsible for technically supporting multiple databases that run enterprise-wide business applications which are accessed by multiple departments and employees.

 

Required Knowledge:
• Thorough knowledge of SQL and SQL Server
• Understanding of current web tools and languages
• Demonstrated project management experience involving concurrent projects on tight deadlines.
• Ability to communicate project risks/concerns to management and set expectations
• Proficiency with HTML, scripting languages and fundamental knowledge of compiled language such as .NET, Java, C++ a plus, Visual Studios

 

Education/Experience:
• BS or equivalent in computer science or a related discipline
• Two to five years full-time work experience required
