We are currently seeking a Data Warehouse Specialist to join our team of dedicated, creative IT professionals at LYNN INSURANCE GROUP as we continue to grow in 2008. We recently moved into our NEW State-of-the-Art CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS; in BOCA RATON. (West of I-95 and Glades Road)

Job Responsibilities

 

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting a data warehouse and data warehouse architecture for the Company. Your work will support the data extraction from policy administration, billing, and claims systems. A successful candidate will be a subject-matter expert in data warehousing, data extraction, transformation and loading, database architecture and design, and reporting.

 

Additionally, you will be responsible for all aspects of data management including analysis of the structure and quality of data from sources systems, resolving data quality problems during loading, mapping data between source systems and target data marts, coding Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) programs, and maintaining data mart metadata.

 

Job Requirements

 Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or a technology-related field5+ years of development experienceStrong Informatica PowerCenter ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) skillsDimensional data modeling and implementation experience, specifically star-schemasRalph Kimball data warehouse design knowledgeOutstanding problem solving skillsProven technical leadership Strong problem solving skills
