Data Entry Clerk II (8132 & 8087)

P2 Energy Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced data entry clerk II to perform data entry of raw survey data into the Directional Wells Survey system.

 

Candidate must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced company; have proven communication and organizational skills; and be willing and able to focus on both internal and external customer service to meet business needs.

 

Assessment Testing and Drug Testing will be required for this position. 

 

Position Responsibilities

· Operate keyboard or other data entry device to enter data into computer or onto magnetic tape or disk.

· Detect errors by comparing data entered with source documents for re-enter data in verification format.

· Research and correct minor inaccuracies of data using survey and lease graphic files.

· Compiles, sorts and verifiers accuracy of data to be entered.

· High degree of accuracy on data input along with high speed, numeric >10000 kph, alpha >6000 kph.

 

Special Skills/Competencies

· Basic computer knowledge. (Word, Excel and Access)

· 10-Key (6-8000 kph, 40 wpm)

 

Requirements

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

· Three (3) to six (6) months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
