Data Analyst- ID 1153

The Data analyst is responsible for marketing data management including reporting, data analysis and Salesforce.com administration. Provides day-to-day marketing and process support related to data management, list management and campaign management. Measures the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies and prepares reports of findings. Analyzes customer and prospect data in response to marketing initiatives, Develops and runs reports to monitor list hygiene and email marketing performance. Makes recommendations for improvement. Acts as database administrator for Salesforce.com including creating workflows, data hygiene.

Key responsibilities includes (not limited to):

• Salesforce.com database management

• List management including vendor management.

• Day-to-day Marketing data management

• Database mining

• Develops and runs marketing and email reports (campaign results, response rates etc..)

• Develops and runs reports to monitor data quality, and performs marketing analyses

• Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to data mining

A bachelor’s degree with 6+ years experience in a B2B database marketing/data management environment is required. Other qualifications are must be process oriented and have a conceptual understanding of database marketing, be familiar with marketing processes. Has participated in marketing implementations such as CRM and SFA, preferably with Salesforce.com. Problem solving, logic and analytical skills. Detail oriented and ability to see the big picture. Strong organization skills and ability to multitask, along with project management skills. The successful candidate will also be proficient as a Salesforce.com administrator.
