Data Analyst - End User Data/Interface

Large Software Company located in Calabasas is seeking a contract Data Analyst to work with them on a long-term project. In this role you be focusing on software being developed for use in banking and credit union environments. You will be responsible for working on this project to pull data information from the banking platform to chart where users are seeing errors and may be having issues. Will be looking at information from a user perspective to gain insight into their experiences with the system. Will be gaining knowledge of the look and "feel" of the system. Specifically analyzing the registration process and why some users may not complete the registration steps. Learning customer configurations and figuring out which logs need to be pulled for a given customer to chart the user experience for them. Gathering and creating logs in Excel, Access and other data analysis software to define user patterns. Pulling information to analyze on site review changes and how this affects our customers. Degree in applicable is preferred but not requiredStrong experience with Data AnalysisExperience with Microsoft programs such as Access, Excel, Word and PowerPointMust be able to provide insight into theories and hypothesis on what user experiences (screens) are driving users out of the experience.
