DBA II

TradeStation Technologies is seeking an experienced DBA to be responsible for the support and maintenance of database infrastructure and the planning and management of data as a resource

Duties and Responsibilities:

Â§ Assists in supporting data access and administration.

Â§ Assists in creation of database forms and reports.

Â§ Contributes to preparation and maintenance of documentation.

Â§ Writes database programs to provide reports.

Â§ Provides operational support for database backup and recovery.

Requirements:

Â§ Knowledge of programming through experience and/or formal logic education.

Â§ Ability to understand and manipulate data structures.

Â§ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Â§ In depth experience with SQL 2005,2000,7.0

Â§ Programming experience using SSIS.

A Bachelorâ€™s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems and experience (typically 3-5 years) in database administration is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may also serve to meet these minimum requirements.
