Customer Support Manager
My client, a growing, fast-paced call center environment is seeking a talented leader of people to manage a team of customer support representatives and drive business results for the company.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Five or more years experience in an in-bound call center environment
*Strong customer service background and passion
*Self-motivated
*Analytical
*Five or more years proven experience coaching and motivating a team
*Strong technical and software knowledge or the ability to quickly learn technical processes
*Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
This position is available immediately, and will include a very comprehensive benefit and compensation package. Salary up to 70k for the right experience.
