Customer Support Agent Call (972)245-8658Description: If you are looking for an opportunity to work with great products & services, have direct contact with a broad base of customers and provide world-class support while you’re at it…then this Support Agent position is for you!Agent Overview: The iPhone call center representative is responsible for answering incoming phone calls from customers and partners. Call Center Representative Duties:Analyze customer’s problem and drive to call resolution. Diagnose and provide a path to resolving inquiries related to all aspects of the iPhone deice, including hardware, software, networking and interactions with the host computer OS and applications. Accurately log all interactions in the customer relationship management system. Achieve call center metrics including average handle time, schedule adherence and accuracy. Recognize and adjust approach to all levels of customer’s experience. Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue(s). Communicate positively with team members, customer and other partners.Must be flexible to work a schedule within the full hours of operation, which are Monday –Friday 7:00AM to 12:00AM (midnight) and may require working holidays. Training classes begin 9/15/08 and every two weeks for a month and last for 4 weeks. Training classes are 1st come 1st serve either 6am-3pm or 3:30pm - 12:30am. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent and experience in a customer service role, which requires the following: Excellent Customer Service skills; Strong written, verbal and organizational skills; Passion for Customer Care; Use of computer technology; Experience with a personal computer and other devices, such as an iPod, smart cell phone, PDAs, etc.; Experience trouble shooting technical problems with personal computers, cellular and other devices. Typing minimum of 30 WPM.Skills (Preferred but not all are required as training is provided):Experience with computer based personal information management applications. Example includes iCal, address book, Outlook Express, Outlook, Windows Calendar and Contacts. Ability to navigate common user interfaces including opening and closing windows, navigation of the file structures through folders, launch and quit applications, select portions of text or other items using the mouse, copy/cut and paste text, save and print documents. Ability to install and remove applications as well as changing system settings in control panel. Experience troubleshooting common system problems, including printers, external dries or portable media players. Knowledge of different media types used on computers and/or portable media players. Experience with iTunes on Window or Macintosh.
