Customer Service Representative - US-TX-Farmers Branch

Journey Education Marketing (JourneyEd.com), a leading provider of application software to college and K-12 students, is seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our call center to assist customers with problem resolution on various order issues.

 

A fast-paced position, the CSR will assist customers with order issues such as product resolution, billing adjustments, carrier tracking and order status updates and place new orders as needed. Successful candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively and manage customer satisfaction and expectations.

 

The selected candidate will work in an inbound call center answering telephones, responding to email inquiries via the Internet and performing various data entry tasks throughout the day, and must be available to work any of our daytime shifts ranging from 7:30 am-4:30 pm up to 10:00 am –7:00pm on a Monday – Friday work week.



SKILLS REQUIRED:

•  1+ year Customer Service experience in a call center environment.

•  Strong analytical and organizational skills.

•  Strong oral and written communication skills.

•  PC literate with knowledge of Windows environment.

•  Keyboard skills of 60 wpm or higher.

•  Attendance and reliability is a must.

•  Prior experience with software applications and usage is helpful.

•  Knowledge of shipping and distribution processes a plus.
