Job Description Marketlinx, a division of The First American Family of Companies, is the nation’s leader in the development of Web-based MLS systems for the Real Estate Industry, offering a full line of technology products and support services. Marketlinx has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Rep Associate reporting to our Knoxville, TN location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.- Provide software and computer assistance to external user of web-based application over the telephone.- Will receive, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware issues by giving step by step instructions.Qualifications-Position requires minimum of 3 years Help Desk experience.-Must be a good problem solver with proven people skills.-In depth knowledge of PCs, Macs, Operating systems, Browsers, and current popular firewalls and pop up stoppers a must. -Position requires excellent verbal communication skills, patience, tact and the ability to handle pressure.-Candidate must be able to work rotating shifts and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.The First American Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
