Customer Service Coordinator and Training Assistant

 

Responsibilities of PositionInitiates welcoming email correspondence to new customers.Provides important information to new customers related to their software purchases.Responsible for routine follow up with customers post-sale to inquire about product and service satisfaction.  Serves as the critical customer care point of contact and is responsible for identifying issues needing to be escalated and ensuring those are communicated to management team.Maintains follow up with customer in order to see issues through to conclusion.  Provides status reports for management related to customer issues and findings. Provides ideas and suggestions for continuous process improvements within the Support/Service areas of the company. Assists full time training staff by delivering standard technical training courses via the Internet as well as classroom-based, if needed.Manages forms needing to be mapped for customers.Manages forms library for company.Creates WebCrawlers for customers if needed.Position will report to the Director of Client Implementation.

 

Skills and Qualifications

· 1-2 years of experience in customer or client service position.

· 1-2 years of experience in customer training a plus.

· Superior telephone etiquette and customer service skills are required with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve difficult compliance and delivery issues

· Must be an energetic “self-starter” with the ability to work both independently and within a team

· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with skill at conflict resolution

· Strong research, investigation, and decision making skills with a focus on customer consultation

· Ability to multi-task, attention to detail and time management are a must

· Competency in MS office and web browser environments

· Demonstrate a sense of urgency and professionalism ensuring customers receive exceptional levels of service.

· Candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain complex problems.

· Candidate must function effectively as an individual contributor or within a team environment. Candidate must be detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy. Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills are required.

· Previous healthcare-related experience is a plus.

· Previous experience working with credentialing software applications is a plus

· Is flexible with time and able to work after hours and weekends, as required.

· Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

 

 

Salary Range: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 USD per year
