Job Requirements:
• Drive to closure all past due items. Partner with the Sr. Collections Escalation Specialist to manage accounts receivable less than 60 days past due and collect on items over 60 days past due. Obtain A/R, collections and dispute history, and determine course of action for closure.

• Contact customers to obtain payment commitment, or resolve issues preventing payment, and take appropriate action.

• Partner with collections, revenue accounting, credit, sales and operations teams to research and resolve customer inquiries and/or disputes.

• Obtain sales tax exemption certificates when necessary, submit credit memo requests and work with Tax Manager to ensure system is updated so future invoices are taxed accordingly.


Education and Work Experience:

• Thorough understanding of the invoice to collect process, minimum 2-5 years of experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management.
