About the job…

Epicor is extremely proud of our Credit and Collections Department.  Recognized as a key factor to our continued success by Executive Management, this team continues to break forecast records making a significant contribution to the bottom line.  Success is due to a very customer service oriented approach with each client.  If you are an experienced commercial credit and collections representative with a proven record of developing a customer service approach and business partnership with your accounts, this may be the opportunity for you. 

 

What you need to bring to the table…

*5+ years demonstrated experience maximizing collections, account analysis and reconciliation and resolution of outstanding invoices from past due accounts.  Commercial collections experience, very customer service oriented. 

*Proven ability to establish proper and effective communication with sales support and A/R to ensure required support in reconciling accounts.

*Provides management with forecast analysis, updates and dist. aging reports, reviews accounts identifying those at risk, and provides other management reports as needed.

*Maintains daily amount of calls and logs details of each call and activity.

*Process requests for credit memos and re-invoicing, completes detailed account reconciliation spreadsheet.

*Researches and resolves customer accounts according to department and company procedures.

*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

 

Preferred Education/Certifications/Computer Experience…

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field or equivalent experience.

Superior knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
