This includes translating marketing objectives into creative concepts and production. It also involves pitching creative ideas and campaigns that show a deep understanding of the company, its solutions, and its personality. You will be core member of the corporate marketing team -Producing practical and grounded design solutions that address complex business, marketing needs -Designing for a wide range of web initiatives - Rapidly creating superior designs and visual mock-ups (includes html/js/ccs/flash) hands-on in development of web sites, pages, images, and web assets to enhance communication with customers, prospects and channel partners. -Developing dynamic prototypes, refined design screens, final graphic assets for global use -For outsourced projects and work; helping build a solid vendor pool and manage the outsourcing of design project. Provide briefs, review deliverables and ensure quality -Marketing campaigns - Develop creative programs, design concepts that meet the business objectives -Developing multimedia tools and marketing collateral for mass production - Graphic development, storyboarding, and videography of corporate, demo, and customer videos. Work with the content team to develop these videos according to defined scripts. - Develop creative vision for corporate internal/external events - Review incoming design requests, assign to self and monitor work to ensure consistency with brand guidelines, templates and standards.EXPERIENCE A strong candidate for this role will match many of these criteria: -8+ years of design focused on rich media web and web application UI -Must demonstrate outstanding design talent and creativity -Have an understanding of a user-centered design process -Proven ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional groups -Strong communications and organizational skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment -Demonstrated high proficiency in leading design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Flash HTML with knowledge of ActionScripting, Javascript CSS. -Have a solid understanding of and perspective on the online video space and social media trends and technologies -BA/MA in graphic design or related design discipline
