Corporate Receptionist/Office Admin
Infogain Corporation is an IT consulting company started in 1996 with multiple offices in CA . We are looking for a Receptionist/Office Admin to join our Irvine office team. This is a Contract to hire position and is immediate.
Title: Receptionist/Admin Assistant
Duration: 3 Months Contract-To-Hire
Location: Irvine, CA 92612
Salary would commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $10 - $14/hr.
Qualification and Experience:
•Ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working as
Receptionist/Office Admin
•Strong experience in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint is needed with basic internet
skills
•Position would require 20-25 hrs of work in a week
•Should this assignment turns out to be a Full time position, the candidate would receive
Medical, Dental and Vision coverage from Infogain and will also be eligible to enjoy the
regular benefits of the company.
•Need person who is aggressive and can support day to day office activities – including
working at front-desk, taking/directing calls, assisting the reporting manage with basic
reports and follow ups.
