Job Description:

 

Greet site visitors, summon employee escorts, answer incoming calls, and control the use of visitor and contractor key cards; schedule conference rooms using computers and manual systems; maintain HQ lobby and reception area; prevent unauthorized building access; participate in emergency responses as required.
Also needs to provide secretarial and administrative support backup as required

Requirements:

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be confident, poised, friendly, courteous, professional and show a customer oriented demeanor. Good telephone and reception skills along with good computer skills, including Word, Excel, Meeting Maker and Power Point
