  We are currently looking for a Corporate Development Senior Analyst - 11158 in Chicago, IL. Position Summary As a member of the Corporate Development team, you will be responsible for performing financial and strategic analyses as part of NAVTEQ’s growth planning process.  You will play a key role in preparing financial models and analyzing data.  You will participate in many components of the due diligence process and interact with high-level executives and advisors.  You will assist with evaluating potential acquisitions, alliances and strategic investments. Responsibilities:• Analyze acquisition and investment opportunities consistent with corporate  development strategy• Perform industry and financial analysis leading to specific recommendations• Develop operating financial models to evaluate a target’s financial projections and performed comprehensive financial valuations involving discounted cash flow, accretion dilution and comparable company/transaction analyses • Participate in investment and acquisition review and due diligence• Participate in legal negotiations regarding transaction-related contracts with in-house and external counsel • Plan and participate in post-closing integration efforts between NAVTEQ and the acquired businesses   Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university• 2-3 years financial analysis / M&A experience in corporate development, investment banking, venture capital or private equity• Strong analytical, research and financial modeling skills• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Technology experience preferred but not required  NAVTEQ is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer M/F/D/V   JOB TITLE: Corporate Development Sr. Analyst - 11158 COMPANY: NAVTEQ LOCATION: Chicago, IL 60606 STATUS: Full Time, Employee JOB CATEGORY: Business/Strategic Management RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 2+ to 5 Years CAREER LEVEL: Experienced (Non-Manager) EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor's Degree EMAIL: Apply by Email REFERENCE CODE: 11158
