The client is seeking a coordinator, for the Proposals department that will oversee the process of the development, production, and shipment of proposals in response to solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc.). The individual in this role will function as a project manager and will facilitate the proposal process from start to finish. The individual in this role will possess real-time knowledge of the progress of each proposal at all times. Requirements: Qualified applicants will have at least 2 years of experience as a proposal coordinator. Successful candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional written, editing and oral communication skills. Bachelor's degree is required. A strong background in Microsoft office suite is expected, and must be an advanced user of Microsoft Word. Candidates must possess strong organizational and prioritizing abilities. Successful candidates will be flexible, patient and a team player.
