Cool Interactive Studio Seeks PHP / MySQL Programmer

At 2Advanced Studios, we have made it our mission to consistently challenge the ordinary.  We're seeking to grow our team with the addition of an experienced PHP / MySQL Developer who, with superior technical problem solving skills and comprehensive knowledge of programming and application design, will be primarily responsible for developing client solutions from conception to delivery.

 

The Position:



We are seeking an individual with exceptional programming skills and career experience in the development of interactive Internet based solutions using both PHP and MySQL.  Candidates will have specific experience working in fast-paced environments and on projects with aggressive deadlines and high profile visibility.  In addition, database design and normalization for the web with MySQL is a must, additional database experience will be considered a plus.  Knowledge of Adobe Flash AS3, and ASP are a definite plus.  Minimally all candidates should be familiar with handling of CSS, XHTML (strict & transitional), and Javascript.  Salary commensurate depending upon experience. 

 

Qualifications:

·         Hands-on Experience with PHP and MySQL.

·         Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience.

·         Previous experience working for a Web Design or New Media Studio.

·         Minimum of 2 years successful experience working on Internet based projects, with a demonstrable portfolio of URL references.

·         Able to work in a fast paced environment, with aggressive deadlines.

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 

·         Working Knowledge of at least one professional PHP Framework.

·         Familiarity with SVN, Tortoise, and Bug Tracking Systems.
