Contracts Coordinator

Duties:

Provide reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to management.

Collect data regularly from members of the department.
Monitor work flow of Contract Drafting, Product Shipment, internal approvals, incoming signed faxes and new license order processing.

Provide reports via Excel to provide a data of orders on a regular basis.  

MS-Excel tables and charts at end of each quarter and as needed to management of Order Operations.

 

Requirements: 

Minimum two years of experience working in a team environment involving compiling and reporting data, using MS-Excel on a regular basis.  
College Business-related Degree Required (Associates or Bachelors)
Strong knowledge and experience in using MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
Exceptional and professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines, particularly at end of each quarter
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to work well with limited supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills
