This position is a 10 week contract with SAP Americas.  SAP was founded in 1972 and is today one of the world's largest independent business software providers and one of the three largest independent software companies based on market capitalization. Description: The project consists of reviewing and interpreting contract terms and conditions and proofreading specific detailed paragraphs in financial contracts.  The Contract Reader will be looking for 5 or 6 specific things from a list of criteria (given by the hiring manager) and will then enter that information into a master excel spreadsheet.Responsibilities: • Review a large volume of financial contracts (8,500 as a group) • Search for 5 or 6 specific things from a criteria list given by the hiring manager • Enter criteria into an Excel spreadsheet • Must be able to work independently and pay extreme attention to detailQualifications: • Experience reading and analyzing information from documents, organizing that information, etc. • Moderate knowledge of Excel required • Requires strong attention to detail • Familiarity with contract terms and conditions is a plusDiscover all that’s possible with Yoh.  Apply now, send your resume to ytsresumes@yoh.com .
