Contract Project & Events Coordinator Contract Project & Events Coordinator **Franklin, MA Opening** TAC Worldwide Companies is currently recruiting a Contract Project & Events Coordinator to fill an opening with a large national client on a 3-month contract basis in Franklin, MA. The ideal candidate(s) will fulfill the following responsibilities: Looking for dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic individual that is looking for a challenging and rewarding position with our client’s Field Marketing Organization. Great growth opportunity!!! Administrative Assistant to Director - 5% of time Calendar management Travel arrangements Expense submittal Budget – 25-50% of time Manage $4 million plus annual budget. Coordinate budget meetings Act as budget administrator, pay invoices, ensure PO’s are created, etc. Act as liaison between finance and Field Marketing force Event Support/Coordinator – 25% of time Support/plan 150-300 activities per quarter of varying degrees Coordinate travel, functions, activities, participation of events with partnersLiaison with Global Events Team Skill sets: Ability to multi-task Work independently and as a part of a team Detail orientated Bachelor’s degree preferred May be required to work additional hours during large event weeks Please noteStart Date: ImmediatelyLimited benefits availableDrug & criminal background check required fulltime position pay range would be $18-$21/hr part time position (30 hours a week) the pay range is $25-$29.
