Position: Professional Services Organization Consultant / Senior Consultant
Travel 50-75%

Position Description:
The Consultant conducts workshops to gather client requirements.
- Consults on small to moderately complex engagements for business analysis, process improvement, requirements definition, solution design, development, implementation and education
- Assists in sales pursuits to craft solutions for our clients
- Delivers client satisfaction at targeted levels
- Contributes to the Supports the rollout of new products
- Ensures conformance to all internal and external processes
- Expands proficiency across additional business and technology disciplines

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business/MIS, software engineering or computer science.
- Systems: Windows 9x/2000/XP, MS NT/2000 Server, IIS
- Databases/Reporting: SQL Server, Oracle, Crystal Reports
- Languages/Protocols: SQL, .NET Languages (C# and/or VB.NET and/or Jscript etc), HTML, XML
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Good understanding of Active Directory (AD), LDAP or Novel Directory Services (NDS)
- 3rd Party App Integration: CRM, ERP, CTI, eMail a plus

Required Experience:
- 3+ years consulting/development experience with .NET, and XML
- 2+ years of IT Consulting Experience
- Team player on cross functional teams.
- Successful track record of successful projects

The successful candidate must be located near our California Headquarters offices in/around Pleasanton, CA - SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA.
